Annual Parish Barbecue
Thank God for a perfect day for our annual BBQ May 26th – it made such adifference.!
Sincere thanks also to those who worked hard to make
it happen, our chefs, P.J., Ronan and Damien and all the
helpers who served the food, set up and stayed back
late to clear everything away – and of course to
everyone who came – hope you enjoyed the evening!
We are also very grateful to our sponsors:
McKenna’s Butchers provided their wonderful BBQ
sausages, Masterchef George in our Meals on Wheels
and Supervalu Killester – and several more individuals –
provided the salads. MSL Park Motors sponsored the
bouncy castles and games and Diarmuid McShortall
donated the profits from the teas & coffees.
Many thanks too to all who left donations – they more
than covered our costs and anything left over goes into
Parish funds.
